Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Mosven, the software service offered by Mosven LLC ("Mosven," "we," "us"). Because Mosven is a software service and not a physical product, there are no shipments or physical returns. This policy is the equivalent for our subscriptions.

Early access

While Mosven is in early access, joining the waitlist is free and we do not charge you. This policy applies once paid subscriptions become available to you.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price you see at sign-up applies to your plan, and we will give you notice before any price change affects you.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, from your account settings or by emailing hello@mosvenai.com. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because you keep full access for the period you have paid for, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. That said, we want this to be fair:

How to request a refund

Email hello@mosvenai.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and a short note about what happened. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
